Pick an animal, choose your difficulty, and evolve it as you hit your rep goals. Every workout brings you closer to the next level — from normal to muscular form.

HOW IT WORKS
• Choose an animal and a difficulty: Easy (100), Medium (500), or Hard (1000 push-ups)
• Place your phone on the floor and train
• Screen mode: tap on each rep
• Shirt mode: uses your phone’s motion sensor — no need to touch the screen
• Watch your animal evolve when you complete the goal
