I gave up for months due to the insanely bad Gacha rates. I love this game, really I do, but games like Cookie Run Kingdom have better Gacha rates… Garu is a CLEAR example of this. I’ve seen the show, he’s pretty much there with Pucca 90% of the time, not to mention in the opening and closing songs, practically every episode too. It’s the same with the game. On the app icon, in the Gacha animation, in the updating animation, on the title screen, etc, yet he was removed from the chance up section of the No-Brain Nomads banner, which is extremely expensive as it is. Upon me reinstalling after rage quitting for the reasons explained above, his rate went down from 0.12% to 0.10%. Yet.. I thought it was said that the Gacha rates were fixed? Making it more difficult to obtain pretty much the other main character of the series than it already was really fixing… I’m not even going to touch on Ching, she’s flat out Impossible to obtain at this rate. Please, either lower the amount of materials needed for one Gacha, or increase the obtain chances of the characters! :( I’ll be happy to increase my review to five stars when this unfortunately ridiculous situation is resolved. **Developer response:** Hello!
