Recruited all but 6 characters, had four characters up to level 211+, and a fifth character at level 206, all five-star characters. Was hooked into a great alliance (UKF), and was having a lot of fun playing. One day I’m locked out because of server issues. The next day, there’s an update. I do the update and had to start at the beginning. After the tutorial, I tried to go back to my bound Facebook account, and all my data was gone. The chat bot gave me the basic form letter and none of that worked, all my data was gone. How are we in 2023 and devs can’t get an update to work? Very slow to recover. Having downloaded & used it for a while at first thought it was great. Great story, ideas & playability. Bought a few packs to boost my character & was doing well until… a game update came. This was a huge update with one glitch/purge a LOT of players accounts were deleted including mine without warning! Unless the players were smart enough to link their accounts with emails/social media platforms etc theres no chance of recovery ohh & everyone was supposed to know their player ID also. Guess their servers are useless at retaining player info or this was intentionally tampered with?! Customer services were a joke so lost 25 levels of work & a LOT of money. The support page has been disabled and new sections of the game, advertised as “coming soon” have never arrived. Furthermore, the in game purchases are overpriced, giving the overall feel that this was created more as a money grab. I truly hope this is not the case and that the game continues to be improved upon and updated by its creators. Unfortunately the community that plays this game feels cast aside and abandoned. My fingers are crossed for a good resolution, but hope is dwindling. The game is extremely fun to play and challenging. The level of cooperation needed to be successful is well balanced and lends to a tight knit community. A balance of solo play and co-operative play makes the game one that you want to come back to time and time again. Nine days later they respond and say everything is good, but have done little to nothing, players are quitting all over the place due to poor support. What a shame Dont download game! Get an IT person who knows how to update a game. Horrible and I can’t chat with anyone to restore account. When I contacted support they pretended they could not find the account, what a joke. Wonderful! ### 5/5 — Good game, no need to pay money *2023-08-12, version 1.5* I’ve been playing this game for several months and really enjoyed it, I got to level 20 without having to pay any real world money, or spend an unreasonable amount of time waiting for timers to upgrade items. The game always flowed well, and you very rarely get attacked by other players and have to rebuild stuff. Unfortunately, the game has had an update this week and the developers sent a message out saying you have to start again from the beginning and reload your account, or contact them if this doesn’t work. To start the game again involves about half an hour of going through the forced tutorials, (the tutorials were great when u first download the game, as they show you exactly what to do in the game)…. But I’ve now done them again twice, each time you try and bind your old account if it doesn’t work, you have to start the whole tutorial over again to try again. So now I have to do another half hour tutorial to start for the third time to get to the tab to contact the developers to say the account is lost…. Unfortunately for me, it’s got a bit long winded, so I’m not going go through it again. I hope this helps the developers in future to try their best to not do an update that accidentally makes everyone restart from scratch, or to include a ‘skip tutorial’ feature in an update so you can just download the game and try log in / contact the developer straight away. Still giving it 5 stars tho as it is a good game, and everyone can make a mistake. All the best :) ### 5/5 — Love it *2023-05-31, version 1.4* Playing for a few weeks now. The levels are challenging which I love, can be passed with time and effort never been stuck too long on a level 2-3 times max replay.
