She constantly had to keep bringing me back to help, only because I was playing this game! It had me hooked From the first hour. I fell in love with the characters and I love discovering the new people, also; this is more of a suggestion then a complaint. You know how when you first get the game, you get a choice of what character to choose? I was thinking we could change them. Or at least have a setting thing and re-start or something. Also: Another suggestion I was hoping you could change the gacha thing to a more smaller price like magnet 600 or 700? If your ARMY, and you live BTS, then this will make you love them even more!!! They give gifts everyday and after 10?days you get a ticket to get a new character. You can also get tickets by playing events or other presents just by playing, it’s definitely not hard to get stuff. The levels aren’t impossibly hard (at least yet) although some are difficult without power ups. Overall I love this game, its fun and I love the events more because you can win really cool character skins! Only thing I have to say, is that it’s SUPER addictive! It’s literally so fun I haven’t been able to put it down. I also love how you can choose what character you start out with (I chose Koya because RM’s my bias). I would highly reccomend this game to anyone who...actually...just anyone. I haven’t had a game I love as much as this in years. I was a bit disappointed in the 1 year update, but the things that were taken away have been brought back (spin shooky, stamp event, cake event, milk event, etc.) so thank you! This game is a perfect combination of fun, addictive, and adorable. It’s simultaneously relaxing, yet engaging. I was worried it would become too difficult and stressful as the game went on, but I’m still having a lot of fun at stage 407. There are some very difficult levels, but choosing the right characters and boosters can help. Collecting characters is a fun aspect that will keep you coming back. I always enjoy going back and playing completed levels, especially when I’m stuck on one. I‘m under high stress, so I like games that aren’t timed and not too difficult. With the exception of a few levels and levels with bubbles, I love how you can take however long you need to decide where to put your puzzle piece. Thank you to the developers for this game! I recently downloaded Puzzle Star BT21 because my friend told me about it. But, she said it had logged her out and didn’t let her save her progress. Due to this fact, I was a little weary to download it but I was tempted since I absolutely adore BTS and BT21 💜. I think even if I wasn’t an ARMY, the game would still be enjoyable and overall gives a fun feeling to puzzle games like this. The detail is amazing too. When the blocks are dropping, I love how it kinda jiggles and looks alive. The attention to detail is extraordinary. The music is really cute. So I was super stoked when I found out their was a game for them I just got the game yesterday and it’s been a blast to play so far all the characters are so cute. I live that puzzles start to get s little challenging hopefully I don’t run into any that had me stuck for days like other games. As for getting more characters It does take time to unlock them though since it’s 800 coins to play the Gacha if we could get more coins for a level it would be easier to save up to get the characters or complete quest etc for tickets to use the Gacha which is a nice alternative to saving up coins. 💜💜💜 I love BTS and BT21 characters I love to support them both! ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Slightly impossible to beat *2020-05-21, version 1.9.91* There has been more challenges on the game that have you spend all 5 lives in order to do a series of challenges to receive a 5* character. It normally is a decent challenge and I don’t mind too much.. HOWEVER, recently the FINAL character to complete the collection has been exponentially harder to beat compared to the rest of the levels. If a person normally gets ~50 turns to pass a hard level normally, then how is one supposed to pass 7-10 levels with the same amount of turns? And the challenges are also impossibly hard unless you want to spend an enormous amount of money on the game. I have personally spent money on games before but to spend THIS much for 1 character is getting out of hand... it makes sense to need to make money for the game but if it’s this hard then I mind as well not bother to play since the developer seems to not want us to complete any collections anyways. ### 1/5 — Reconnect the connection and lost all progress. *2020-04-28, version 1.9.91* There’s Van challenge and it is very hard to win since you have to pass all 10 level at one time. I was doing great, I even used items and gems to win the round. I got to stage 8 and suddenly it said my connection is not stable. So I switched to my cellular, just the game won’t lose my data just in case I can’t reconnect to my wifi. GUESS WHAT, I pressed reconnect and BOOM, it went back to main page...🙃 Well, let me tell you, that AIN’T FUN AT ALL. Like seriously, I didn’t even go out of the app, I was just trying to reconnect my connection, it took my only 3 second and now I lost everything. I’ve been playing this challenge for days to get Chimmy Van. This is like my 10th time playing he same round over and over. I’m at the moment very mad, frustrated and really upset about the game. At this point, I don’t think I should play this game anymore since it could happen again and I will end up losing all the progress. I hope you could fix this so other people won’t suffer the same thing as me. Do you know how hard to get the hammer item? To pass that one f single level, I have to use all items I’ve been saving and diamonds just to pass one level. I would like to hear a respond about this problem. ### 4/5 — Super Addicting and Fun, but …….. *2021-12-10, version 2.4.2* I got super addicted to playing this game during the Pandemic (Lockdown), and spent a lot of time and money racking up points and adding the characters into my Collection. I was on Level 650+ before life called me back. 😜 I recently resumed playing this game again in whatever spare time I could find……but the Facebook login kept failing. After about a month of trying to get in (hoping that the Developers were going to fix it), I was forced to start all over from the beginning…creating a new account. But what is more disappointing is that a lot of the side games haven’t popped up at all (Churros, Milk, Dance Mang, the Harmonica one with Chimmy, etc). I pay for thr BT21 Pass, but there really isn’t any incentive to play much after you complete the daily tasks. (That is good for me since I don’t have much time, but I feel like the game has lost a lot of the cute and fun stuff it used to have to keep you logging back in.). It’s even harder to get good characters through the Gacha! There aren’t even the Quests to try and get the Limited/Special 5-Star characters that were seasonal! All in all, I don’t know if anyone is manning the game anymore or developing more stages/levels, but the game has become a shell of it’s former self, and it is disappointing. But yes, the game is still addicting. ### 4/5 — Perfect!💜💜💜 *2021-02-06, version 2.4.1* I absolutely love this game and I play it almost everyday. The BT21s are so cute, and I love how RJ runs on four legs on a character bonus. The overall layout is good, and it is very to find what you are looking for. The only two things that I have a problem with is the fact that it is extremely difficult to get rubies, and I don’t think that it is worth spending real money to get them. The only other things is that you have to go to the gift box to actually obtain your items. I would rather it to just claim right when you get it. But other than that, there is nothing to not like about thing game. Thank you for meeting ARMY’s needs. 💜 ### 4/5 — Things that annoys me *2021-01-23, version 2.4.1* I love BTS so I downloaded this game and it pretty fun and addicting but I’m not here to spend real money for this and it soo hard to get new characters, I also don’t really like the way that I have to use my diamond hearts for almost everything like I need to use it for the next stage or for unlocking a new character and the room decor is just messed up they don’t give the same options of decors to choose from for each floor and when I buy a decor or furniture I can’t put it on any other floor beside the one that I bought it from and I can’t even use from my “owned” tab, but beside all of that this game is pretty fun to play, I love all the characters cause they’re all very cute, I also love the designs on them. ### 4/5 — Still enjoy the game, but don’t like some changes *2020-10-08, version 2.2.1* I’ve been playing the game since a little after it was released. I’ve seen a lot of improvements, but I don’t like the new amethysts feature. There’s are less chances to get boosters now and the grouping system where you have to pass certain levels in order to move forward is annoying. I liked when we could there were levels and locations. That why for the past few months I’ve only been playing the events that give you new characters. ### 4/5 — Make it available offline too!! *2019-10-17, version 1.9.0* Been playing this game for a few months now and I do enjoy it. Love unlocking new characters. There’s always a new challenge going on, some more impossible than others. However, my one complaint, why isn’t it available offline ??? I travel a lot so I play games on airplane mode, I understand maybe not accessing the challenges while offline, but the regular levels ? This is one of the few games that can’t be played if there is no internet access. Just something to consider, thanks. ### 4/5 — Very fun yet..... 2 issues. *2019-02-18, version 1.5.2* I actually enjoy this game. Yes the levels are both fun and challenging. Are some way hard? Yes, but you just keep trying. Some seem impossible because you aren’t given enough lines to keep going and you run out of moves. Another issue is that running the game literally eats my phone battery up after 15 minuets and I don’t know if that is normal or not. That is really frustrating and I want to know if that can be fixed. I’m writing the review but I doubt I’ll even get a response to help with this issue. Still a fun game when it comes down to it. ### 4/5 — Problem with the L blocks *2019-02-05, version 1.5.1* Love the app but I’m getting really upset with this weird bug I have, the L shaped blocks won’t let me place them the way I want. When I drag my finger to place them it won’t let me lay down the 4th block to complete it (almost as if you were trying to place a block alinement where there’s not enough space. It’s like being blocked by another block when there isn’t one actually there? I’m saying block a lot does this even make sense?) and it has caused me so many games that I was doing good on and it’s very upsetting. It sometimes lets me place them but only in random spots that won’t actually help the gameplay and it’s so frustrating when I can complete a whole group of rows but I cANT PLACE THE WINNNG BLOCKS THERE DANGIT ### 4/5 — great game but new update made it worse *2018-07-27, version 1.2.0* Regarding the new update, it has been harder to access the game! When I open the app, it now usually loads and then shows a message saying that the data cannot load and the app will close. This has made playing the game infuriating and I hope it will be fixed soon! However, I find this game fun and addictive. I started to play it because its design was cute and the gameplay was simple yet challenging. I don’t feel like this game forces you to spend money in order to get the “full experience” which I liked. In fact, i got a lot of gifts which included coins and Gatcha tickets which helped if I wanted to use these items! tl;dr the game is addictive and does not force you to fork up money in order to really enjoy! ## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — I really love it 💜💜💜 *2022-04-08, version 2.4.2* This game is super great, I just got it and it took me through the steps and what to do. The characters and the design is super adorable, and cute!! I do wish I could play this offline though. But other than that it’s super amazing. There are only tiny, tiny, annoyances but are not super important. 🙃 One is that getting characters, red gem things, and sometimes coins are challenging. I may just be super horrible at getting money and valuables in games, but I think that finding characters are the most challenging. Another tiny thing is that after any ad, (though it’s like a 1% chance and I rarely get an ad) it sort of freezes and doesn’t let me play the game for a while. Because it is the last character of the collection I end up spending money on rubies so I can continue the game. Kept on suggesting to me. I love BTS so obviously, even before I got the app I was tempted. THIS APP IS ADDICTING!! I only got it yesterday and I’m on the 3rd map. The app definitely easy, and great for passing time. At first I thought it would be like juice jam, but it’s almost the opposite. Instead of swiping the blocks, and matching them, you have to draw the blocks. The bt21 characters are adorable, and every time you beat a level, the character you selected does a cute little dance.
