The games are great but if your going to pay someone… make sure it actually goes through their paypal because at this point I think it's going to a scam or something… at least 'BestPlay' and 'JustPlay' actually pays me ### 3/5 — Love this app/tracking issues *2026-09-08* This is a great game! Its having alot of tracking issues which customer service has been notified. Customer service has been great with response. None of my games are tracking now. I’ve deleted the game and re-downloaded and still won’t track and I did make sure my tracking was turned on. I have cashed out and received my money within seconds. If they could get the tracking issues resolved, this would be a great game for everybody! ### 2/5 — AVOID!!!Unusual among platforms *2026-09-08* I need to update my review. My first vsshout sent fine, but they refuse to rectify the mistake made on my second. I have been told I had to respond to an email, and I have sent them a screenshot everyday for a week. I only get a form letter back. If I don't hear from them today, I will report this go ztfustlilot and unsubscribe. It is sad. I really liked their games. As a senior looking for a little pocket money, it is sad that with some platforms it is a fraud. AVOID! However, I’ve never received the rewards. I’ve gone back and forth with their “support” for weeks trying to figure out where the r Sails from tremendous are so I can cash my rewards. They never directly answer what email it will come from or why I haven’t received anything. They just keep stating the process to cash out and that it shows I did. Why advertise making money if you don’t actually get anything? ### 4/5 — Something went wrong *2026-09-01* Hi! I got $5 to cash out and it won’t came through my PayPal. Can you please help me out??? ### 3/5 — Having trouble using face recognition *2026-09-01* I finally earned enough to cash out, and when I prepare to do so, I try the face scan to verify I am human. However, for some reason, it's taking too long to load, saying that the connection is slow and then saying that the scan failed and there was a critical error. First, I tried making sure I stayed still and straight, and then I checked my internet connection, which had no problems whatsoever. So far, I have already made three attempts, and nothing has worked. I want to know what's going on right now. ### 2/5 — 5min. Requirement *2026-08-30* Only positive thing is the games. It’s way better then just play. But the $5min requirement is beyond me. they don’t offer 2x’s coins if you watch an AD. Played most of the night Friday and half of Saturday morning an still haven’t made that $5 min requirement. If they drop it or just do away with it. 5 stars hands and would be my go to app. Just play does it every hour along side, 2xs coins, and daily challenges for extra pay. But their games are slow and made for kids 5-10 seems like. But really do away with min. Requirement and add 2xs coins . I would definitely delete the other n keep this one. But as of now, I just got 2.50 left to earn n after just leave this app to the side. I downloaded it 2 days ago and just cashed out 14.73. It took a matter of 5 minutes to show in my account. I will also say I am NOT a bot. I am writing this review and stating the truth. They do pay out. I'm not sure what went wrote these other people saying it's a scam. This app is a true do as they say. If I could give them a 10 star review I do it. ### 5/5 — Unusual among platforms-Better *2026-08-21, version 1.30.0* No platform is perfect, but for me this is my go-to. For a unique reason. Their games. As a senior looking for a little pocket money, it is sad that with some platforms it becomes a chore. Not here. They have most of the popular games, but they are all new and improved. Try their regular Solitaire or Hexago (my personal favorite ) and you will see what I mean. Less errors and time down and with added features you will enjoy. Another bonus is the the customer service. Unlike other platforms I have been on, they actually have one. They actually respond and help with issues. For me this makes my time worthwhile. Other reviews have mentioned pay outs, and their system is slightly strange. Their is often a pause which those of us playing on these platforms have found it be a warning for Fraud. But they have been honest with me. I have always been reimbursed in the end. I admit the delay can be frustrating. However with the advantages I mention above this has become my favorite platform. Customer service is kind of slow but when they helped me they were very friendly and solved my issues. I finally made $5.74 and was going to cash out just like all the other apps that actually are real and I get to the verify your human and then you take a picture and then you get a critical error well, I’ve had done this like nine times now. And it always is the same thing so this website is not a good website. It will not cash you out. I’ve already deleted all the games that I was playing and will be deleting the main app this app probably tomorrow. Shame on you. Fix your verify your human camera thing. ### 1/5 — Mr Warren andersen *2026-09-06* None of the games were tracking correctly I clicked allow tracking And the other problem Is paypal never works for us they always say there is a issue we have no problems on Venmo with payments going through but on PayPal we have issues palpable is the only option for cashing out. ### 1/5 — Cash out *2026-09-05* PLEASE READ IS A SCAM I played all day to get a $1.36 and try to cash out under visa which is a minimum of $1.00 and it keeps giving me an error or is taking long at times. Then it say contact support, when I try contacting support it requests my email then my password to my email, with so many scams going on I don’t feel comfortable giving out my password to my email. You should never have to give your password out to your personal email account. Please delete this game and NEVER GIVE YOUR EMAIL PASSWORD TO ANYONE. What a shame and waste of time. If you experienced something different, please contact us through the Contact Support button in your Profile so we can look into it. ### 1/5 — Stopped working *2026-09-04* The app was working fine, cashed out $5 but now none of the games will sync with the puzzle play app. I have unloaded and downloaded several games over the last 2 days and none of them work ### 1/5 — Trash *2026-09-01* Once you reach the minimum Cash Out of $5, it asks to take a selfie for verification then the trash doesn’t work stating “Critical Error” then when you reach Customer Support it takes 1-2 business days to respond…garbage…will rate better once issue is fixed until then would NOT recommend this app. ### 1/5 — BS APP *2026-08-28* Cash out is broke. Attempted more than three times and it continues to time out. They use a camera to verify you are human and it comes up with a screen that upload is too slow then errors out without the ability to redo. Then the app says it is sending your money and times out. There are so many games to choose from and all of them are pretty fun. Submitted for the first time for a $6.43 cash out this morning. You need at least $5.00 before you can cash out which I’m not too fond of. I know it goes to your email instead of directly to PayPal. All it had me do was a photo of my face. Still says pending but we will see if i actually get it or not. If I do I will update this review. Hopefully one day they I’ll change it to where it goes into our PayPal instead of email. Other apps like PlayTest by BestPlay and JustPlay go directly into PayPal and there is no minimum to pay out. **UPDATE** Well, I decided to do two different ways of redeeming. I did the virtual visa for $4.68 and PayPal I did $6.43. After several hours of pending, the emails finally came through. Now, the virtual visa I would not recommend unless you have a large amount of money to redeem at once. The card is only good for six months and you cannot reload the same card, so if you withdraw different times, you will have to get a different virtual card number. Yes, you can add the virtual visa to your Apple or Google wallet so you can use it online or in the store. Overall, this is a very good app to use. I changed my two star to a five star review. Well, I already accumulated $4.40+ so I figured I will go ahead and play a bit more to reach the $5 minimum for PayPal. So I played another 30 minutes or so. I reached $5.35 and cashed out. It took less than 30 minutes to complete my face recognition, sent to my email and in my PayPal. I was skeptical due to the reviews but my experience was nothing like those negative reviews. Now I will come back to update my review if I start experiencing those negative reviews and tell my own experience. But as for now, I’m satisfied and I didn’t have to play endless hours of playtime to achieve the minimum. Hope this helps new players.
