I paid for this to unlock for my granddaughter but now it is full of adds which she does not understand can I have a refund?

My 3 year old son loves this and the accompanying animal version 2 and the dinosaur version. I just wish it wrote and said the animals’ names after they finished the puzzle like the dinosaur one does. My son loves to say the names and practice naming letters with the dino one.
