## What is Puzzlesaurus?

Sudoku a child can actually play — dinosaurs, fish and stars instead of numbers.

EVERY PUZZLE CAN BE REASONED OUT
No puzzle in Puzzlesaurus ever requires a guess. Every one can be finished by thinking it through, one step at a time. That sounds obvious, but plenty of puzzle apps hand children boards that dead-end into trial and error — which quietly teaches that when reasoning runs out, you should start guessing. Every board here is checked before it ships: exactly one answer, reachable by logic alone.

THREE SIZES TO GROW INTO
• Starter — 4x4, four pieces, and only the simplest kind of reasoning
• Growing — 6x6, six pieces, introducing the next idea
• Big — 9x9, all nine, a proper challenge for an older child or a grown-up
• Surprise Me! makes a brand new puzzle whenever you want one

A HINT THAT TEACHES
Tap the lightbulb and it doesn't just fill a square in. It lights up the row, column or box that forces the answer, says why in one short sentence, then places the piece — and leaves the reason on screen so your child sees the thinking and the result together.

KIND BY DESIGN
• Wrong moves cost nothing. No score, no lives, no timer
• A move that breaks the rule shows you which pieces it clashes with, so the rule teaches itself
• Tap a piece you placed to pick it back up, and undo goes back as far as you like
• Every piece has both a shape and a colour, so it works for colour-blind players too
• Counters show how many of each piece are still missing

QUIET BY DESIGN
• No advertising of any kind
• No in-app purchases
• No internet connection required — it works in airplane mode
• No accounts, no sign-in, no email address
• Nothing is collected and nothing leaves the device
• Gentle musical notes that can be switched off

FOR PARENTS
Turn on Guided Access (Settings › Accessibility) and the device stays in Puzzlesaurus until you enter your passcode. There is no browser, no store, and no way out of the app.

Works on iPhone and iPad.

Made by a dad, for his six-year-old.
