One game and then an ad that never seems to let me out. Also the game has started me back at zero twice now and both times I have lost all my friends. This time I have not been able to recover any of them, I don’t understand why this is happening. Emails from me are not accepted for some reason or can’t be delivered. Don’t answer me on the App Store, I don’t have access to it. And I don’t mean that because it’s boring, on the contrary, it’s great for quick thinking. I really like it. It’s entertaining any time of the day. OMG, “WHY” the change. The worst interface, ugh...the previous layout IS what won me over to begin playing puzzly words, after playing word battle for over 8years..The previous layout or interface WAS what set this app apart from the other competitors. NOW, it is the SAME bubble-KIDDIE layout as many of the other word games🤦🏻‍♀️. I am VERY disappointed. This WAS my EVERYDAY game. My goodness somethings are better left as is!! I LOVED LOVED LOVED this game but now I do not get the same excitement as I enter the app since the update... I am sure you guys will not return the game back to the original format so I am sadly deleting my favorite game. Wow, this game was were I could escape from the world AND it also allowed me to learn, while having fun...FYI WHAT IS THE number 4 which sits behind the add a letter?? I have sent three emails to help@puzzlywords and never get a response. Last night I came back to review again and saw where they suggested I send an email to them which I had already done twice and they don’t answer! The review no longer appears either - none of them do. Why must these people play stupid games and waste my time? Why not just be accountable and respond to your users who try to spend money with you? DUH for 55. It’s on every device I own. When I have brain fog it causes me to try so hard, so, to overcome brain fog, I just start typing words and let my brain do the work on its own. I wish that I could see the word of the day in game, because I forget it when I have brain fog. It’s a fun game and I really enjoy it every day.
