This app is down all the time, and when it works, it doesn’t do much. If you’re expecting this banking app to be like any of your others, you’re going to be disappointed. I’ve banked with Poca valley bank for over 10 years and I’m about to switch to a bank with a more dependable app because this one is so bad. Customer service is only available if the bank is open as well. Generally when I have reached them, the same issue always exists. They say oh yeah the system is down. I wouldn’t recommend this app and I wouldn’t recommend this bank if you plan on depending on mobile banking with the app frequently. ### 1/5 — What happened *2019-03-17, version 18.3.80* I have had to reset my password 3 times in a week for some reason. This app is awful. ### 1/5 — I miss the old app!!!!! *2018-12-20, version 18.2.70* This app is a BIG step backwards. The only plus is that you can now log in with your fingerprint. ### 2/5 — Really? *2018-11-05, version 18.2.70* This new app is a huge step backwards from the one it replaced. It doesn’t even display a running balance only a current balance is available. If the intention was to create an app that makes additional work for the customer then you hit the mark. Might as well go back to paper registers and call that the new “app” because this app is barely a step up from that.
