Bug Fixes, notifications, etc..

### 2.1 — 2026-08-02

Bug fixes & improvements to the duel system, progress pics and more

### 2.0 — 2026-07-28

Duels are here — challenge a friend to a real match, not a scoreboard.

WEEKLY DUELS
Challenge any friend. You both get the same percentage of your own
max on a lift you both train, and one week to out-rep each other.
Different weight on the bar, same difficulty — so it's winnable
whoever's stronger. Win to climb your duel rating.

STRENGTH RANKINGS, REBUILT
We rewrote how rankings are calculated from the ground up.
• Your tier now blends every lift that trains a muscle, instead of
being decided by whichever single lift scored highest
• Deadlifts finally count toward hamstrings and glutes, bench toward
triceps and shoulders, pull-ups toward biceps
• Bodyweight lifts like pull-ups and dips are scored correctly
• Rankings now account for your bodyweight properly, so lighter and
  heavier lifters are judged fairly
• Tap any muscle to see exactly which lift set your rank and how much
more you need for the next tier

Heads up: some tiers will move — most likely down. The old maths was
too generous in places, especially for bodyweight and machine work.
Your new rank is the honest one.

FASTER LOGGING
• Your last session's weights and reps now prefill automatically, with
a PREVIOUS column beside every set
• The rest timer no longer takes over the screen — check your next
  exercise while you rest
• Fixed: switching kg/lbs mid-workout no longer saves the wrong number

BODY MAP
Redrawn from scratch. Correct anatomy, scales to your screen, and
tells you which muscles are on the other side.

ALSO NEW
• Starter routines for new lifters — pick a split in one tap
• Estimated 1RM trend chart for any exercise
• Workout reminders and inactivity nudges
• kg/lbs preference now respected everywhere, including the widget
• Improved privacy — your workout history is no longer visible to
  other users
• Fixed streak counting across time zones and late-night sessions
• Fixed deleted progress photos reappearing

### 1.3 — 2026-07-23

Added automatic workout save- so if you leave the app or a bug happens the workout will save right where you left off

### 1.2 — 2026-07-17
