I bought the voucher and immediately tried to use it, but the app kept showing errors like "This voucher has already been used" or "Something went wrong, please try again." Because of this technical issue, I lost the seats I wanted. The whole reason I purchased the voucher was to complete the booking immediately, but the app failed at the most critical moment. It's unacceptable for users to be blocked from using a newly purchased voucher due to app errors. This was an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience, and I expect this issue to be resolved so others don't face the same problem. ### 2/5 — Something went wrong *2026-07-31* Whenever I do something, it says something went wrong, I have seen vibecoded apps work smoother than this app, it crashes so easily with just a slight load on server and can’t believe that this is a billion dollar company, biggest disappointment was, whenever I clicked on add to wallet button on my bought tickets, it kept saying something went wrong, how can you mess up an offline function ### 2/5 — App not working *2026-07-30* Why is it taking so much of time to open the app and it's showing error again and again It did opened once and I filled my information also then it was working later it was pathetically slow not able to see theatres and there show timings it's not moving forward only you guys updated this app 2 days ago then what is the problem I reinstalled the app still the same problem ### 1/5 — Terrible UX and extremely buggy *2026-07-19* I purchased a gift card. It is not clear where and when I have to redeem this on the app. Once I figured it out, I decided to just test it out on a ticket, to see if it worked. After entering gift card, it automatically confirmed the ticket purchase right away. In other apps, they show a breakdown before actually confirming the booking. But on this app, it just went ahead and booked the ticket without my explicit go-ahead. I lost 500+ bucks in the process. No Cancellation/Refund Policy *2026-03-29* Extremely frustrated. I made a simple AM/PM booking error for the 11 PM show instead of 11 AM at INOX Phoenix Mall Wakad. Even though I reached out 12 hours in advance, the app refuses to cancel or modify my ticket just because I paid with a Gift Card. This is a discriminatory and unfair policy. Other payment methods allow cancellations with standard fees, but Gift Card users are stripped of all rights. Terrible customer service and rigid app policies. Their Feb 24, 2024 update, deleted all my bookings and now says I created the account the same day. I had my account for over 7 years. All my booking history, payments etc gone.
