Every time after going to payment link app automatically shuts down. Seriously very much annoying. If you want to make your business grow first make the application works properly. Please add an ‘Add to Apple Wallet’ option. It’s the most basic thing. Even the SPI app used to have it for years till it was removed now since that app also has been changed to match this one. It’s a significant reason to use BookMyShow instead who’ve also got it for literally years. It is not clear where and when I have to redeem this on the app. Once I figured it out, I decided to just test it out on a ticket, to see if it worked. After entering gift card, it automatically confirmed the ticket purchase right away. In other apps, they show a breakdown before actually confirming the booking. But on this app, it just went ahead and booked the ticket without my explicit go-ahead. I lost 500+ bucks in the process. No Cancellation/Refund Policy *2026-03-29* Extremely frustrated. I made a simple AM/PM booking error for the 11 PM show instead of 11 AM at INOX Phoenix Mall Wakad. Even though I reached out 12 hours in advance, the app refuses to cancel or modify my ticket just because I paid with a Gift Card. This is a discriminatory and unfair policy. Other payment methods allow cancellations with standard fees, but Gift Card users are stripped of all rights. Terrible customer service and rigid app policies. Such a listing company makes the money without anything, it’s cheating to their customers. This is a very big mistake as it shows the movie timings for today only. If i have to book a show for day after tomorrow then I can’t as ot shows only single day shows only. Worst experience. Although the app itself is riddled with bugs. I would really appreciate if the bugs are fixed. The vouchers seem to be generated but do not appear. And after sometime, like 10-15minutes, when I try again the seats that were showing booked, gets available.
