## What is PW Customs Customer?

PW Customs is the app jewelry retailers use to order custom jewelry from Prime Wholesale and follow every order from request to delivery.

Create an order with your specifications and reference photos or videos. Review each CAD design, approve it or request changes, follow your piece through every production stage, and see when it ships, all in one place.

Every order has its own conversation with our team, where questions, photos, videos and voice notes stay together. Notifications tell you when a design or a message needs your attention.

Any jewelry retailer can open an account from the sign-in screen. Our team reviews each new store account and emails you as soon as it is approved; then you can place orders. Your store's orders and messages are private to your store.
