WOULD LIKE TO INFORM YOUR TEAM THAT THE SAARTHI AND MENTORSHIP FEATURE IS NOT WORKING IN LATEST iOS VERSION OF PHYSICS WALLAH APP FROM PAST FEW WEEKS.


ALL THE RESOLVING SUGGESTIONS GIVEN BY YOUR CUSTOMER SUPPORT OVER MAIL OR CALL HAVE BEEN ALREADY TRIED MULTIPLE TIMES AND ARE OF NO USE.I AM CONFIRMED THAT THE ERROR EXIST FROM YOUR SIDE.

I AM USING IPAD LATEST VERSION iOS 26.2 AND HAVE PURCHASED INFINITY PRO PLAN FOR YAKEEN NEET 2026.



THE PURCHASE OF INFINITY PRO PLAN IS THEREFORE FUTILE.
PLEASE RESOLVE IT AT THE EARLIEST.
