It is quick and easy to use! The only reason for not giving it a 5 is that my password has to be reset often and that process is kinda shaky where I don’t always get the reset email. ### 1/5 — Poor app/not user friendly. *2025-08-29, version 25.1.30* I regularly get locked out of the app, unlike any other app I use (financial or otherwise), you have to log out or it locks it. ### 4/5 — Remove password to transfer *2025-01-19, version 24.1.70* Please remove password authentication in needed in app for transfers if possible. This time it asked for a code that sent to my number. Unfortunately for me, that was my old phone number, so I had to go into one of the branches to change it. I then tested it out and it was still saying my old phone number. I go back into the bank and I was told it’s not immediate. Why would I assume it wasn’t? It’s literally a phone number change.
