But now when I go to delete my selected photos/videos, it asks for a subscription? I didn’t use any premium features, or any things that used to be premium. Then they started charging me 8.81 every week. No way to cancel on the app! ### 1/5 — There are apps with better UIs and cheaper options *2025-08-18* The concept of this app is great and as someone who never finds the time to clear photos but always takes multiple photos hoping one will be good, it seemed like the perfect app with the amount of ways to categorise and review your photos/videos and I thought that might justify the cost of subscription . Unfortunately it is a very slow app, with lots of glitches to a point of frustration. Although, I still cant find an app that has ALL the features this one offers, the alternatives like Picnic do a good job and their annual subscription is the price of a month on this one. The AI feature only lets you select one of the “duplicate” photos which are not duplicates. Probably stealing data as well. BEWARE! **Developer response:** This review is from a competitor trying to discredit my app, which works better than all the incumbent apps. The app helps you to clean your photo gallery super fast and even if you don't have a backup you can still restore them. I'm really surprised they have to use these dirty tactics to compete. ### 1/5 — SCAM *2024-08-15* Do not download this app, it’s a scam. The reviews are fake on here as well as on Reddit. It will charge you a $1 as a special “promo” still not worth it. The app didn’t allow me to do that. I texted “help” with the issue and the reply was go to membership and put in the promo code. Well, the members highlight wont open) everything else will open but not that. Very disappointing. ### 2/5 — Free 1 year trial not working *2025-02-04, version 7.0* This was one of the apps in App Advice’s Apps Gone Free on 2/3/25. We were to receive a 1 year free trial by entering a promo code. I followed the instructions, entered the code and instead of a free year, it wanted to charge me $29.99 for a year.
