So I did, but it was stuck on 0% the whole time. So it doesn't allow me to change the controls. Crazy thing is, my controller is updated to the latest firmware, but it still prompts me to update it. This device is so difficult to function the guidelines don’t even really guide you into the process at all every time I press on the link it says website has something something like there’s no information how untrustworthy. I tried to play my favorite game on my Xbox one and oh what a surprise it didn’t work! If I could give a zero star, I would cause me and my cousin were trying to fix this thing so I don’t know how long now and it still hasn’t worked. I’ve tried watching YouTube videos no YouTube videos whatsoever and they don’t even take that reviews at all and make it better. Talk about our company that cares about service. and to mention, I did every single step and it didn’t work you got to the point where I feel like I just got scammed right now, and these people generally put effort into it I’m so devastated that I could be playing my favorite game war thunder right now shooting planes down but no, I have to go to this winter process which I’ve been doing for months now trying all over again and it didn’t work thanks a lot for wasting my money what a waste of time you don’t even try for your products do better. ### 1/5 — Worst Christmas present ever. *2025-01-04* I got it as a present for Christmas, it was for my Xbox One (I play Forza Horizon 4) and I was so excited to use it.
