When I called back after finding it out on my own(app doesn’t even notify you), the customer care representative gave the obvious excuse that she tried calling me multiple times which definitely didn’t happen. Had multiple issues with this app in the past including refund issues, food delivered in unhygienic state and much more. But I kept using it only because zomato and swiggy are not available and might have kept using it. However what’s more disappointing is that they don’t have any resolution desk for the complaints raised, no option for complaint tickets etc. after your order through Pykin app they just ignore you regardless if it is from partner restaurant or from own cloud kitchen(atleast they must take care of this).
