After I download and sign in, I did disputed bank and I did not fill up any bank detail

Hakiki in Burwood said to me the voucher for 1c icecream is cancel from 23:12 14/2/2026 (time that I order) the closed time is 23:30, although I still see it from the app. This is absolutely SCAM if the app just keep advertising about the voucher or other stores just said no voucher applied by Pyng

I’ve been trying to set this up for over a month. PYNG are doing their bit, but the bank is not on board.  Every week, I ring great Southern bank to see if they’ve sorted it out and everyone’s just left scratching their head.   I can see the agreement, but there is no option to accept or decline.

Month 3, two holidays been and gone, about to go on a third holiday and no resolution with great southern bank.  Why bother
