I’ve missed two crucial car drops due to this problem! 6/24/26 ### 1/5 — Needs help, BADLY *2026-03-12, version 3.0.0* Dont know who made this app, but they need to be fired. It needs help. Like badly. Images never load, which is CRAZY. THE WHOLE POINT OF THE IMAGE IS TO MAKE SURE ITS THE RIGHT CAR. Like do you not even have the most basic understanding of what your customers need ? HALF the time the car information is wrong. UI is unhelpful and cumbersome. Inconsistent information and takes forever to do anything. The old LKQ app was 100% better. Dont know who decided it needed to be changed but they need to be FIRED. They tired but failed to get this working. ### 1/5 — App Needs a Version 4.0 *2026-01-09, version 3.0.0* Do not use this app. Save yourself time and use the website instead. The login credentials are separate for the website and app even though they share the same data based on your email. Parts of the app just open a viewport to the website such as the “See our Prices” tile. Very unprofessional along with the spelling mistakes littered around the app. The “Search Inventory” tile gives me a blank white screen. This is the primary feature I was going to use this app for but it’s broken. I am immediately uninstalling. ### 2/5 — Ver 3.0.0 problems *2026-01-07, version 3.0.0* Alerts do it work in the app. Every time I get notified of vehicle going into the yard from my watch list, I go into the app and check alerts so I can look at the vehicle. Nothing but error messages come up or something went wrong comes up. I have logged out and logged back in, no luck. Guess I’ll try deleting the app and reinstalling it on my iPhone. Please fix it. ### 1/5 — What happened to this?! *2026-01-05, version 3.0.0* This app was so useful. About 4-6 months ago it stopped working correctly. It used to send a notification, you could click it and it would show all the saved locations and inventory of what was in “your garage”. Now it just a “something went wrong” notification after you click it. ### 1/5 — Not working *2026-01-03, version 3.0.0* This app doesn’t work, I try erase it and download it again to see if works but nothing ### 1/5 — Worse and worse *2025-12-31, version 3.0.0* This app used to be somewhat usable, as in when you clicked on a notification from PYP, it would lead you to the vehicle that just arrived on the lot, etc. For months now that same notification leads you to a broken “alerts” page that says “something went wrong…” For several years i used to receive doubled notifications, but I would rather have that than whatever this mess of an app is now. Notifications are the only thing that ever made this app worth downloading. There are probably a dozen or more times where sign in issues and notifications being broken have kept me from coming to the yard. Please return the app to being somewhat usable again. Also, it really bugs me that the app doesn’t work AT ALL if you take a trip outside of the US. Sometimes a car will show up in the lot with parts for a family member’s vehicle but I have no way to view it… ### 1/5 — App went from Ehhh to WTF *2025-12-29, version 3.0.0* This app was not the best but it did help out somewhat. It served its purpose to what I used it for in a way. Search inventory, not so much for what was still in the vehicle. It would alert me when a specific vehicle would show up at the yard. But this latest update it’s the worst. I still get notifications that a vehicle was posted. But when you click on it and takes you to the alerts section. It says error. It’s beyond frustrating as this app made it easier to notify me when the specific vehicles I was looking for entered the yards near me. LKQ and the developers need to get their act together and fix the app and get it back up and running. ### 1/5 — 1 month of "down for maintenance" *2026-06-26, version 3.0.1* App just opens to a splash screen claiming near down for maintenance. it’s been a month and it’s still supposedly a temporary thing. As a developer, this makes absolutely no sense to me. How can you be careless enough to let an application stay down this long without any apparent rush to resolve the issue. Furthermore, the UI is trash, notifications don’t open the correct screens when clicked, and images take forever to render. No matter what I do with my password on the website the app isn’t happy, and displays a “wrong email or password” error, not even telling me which one. I also had to try around 10 attempts to get PYP to even send a “change password” email. Even when you use the app without an account it’s a mess. The system ALWAYS defaults back to the Anaheim CA location, so trying to actually navigate around the inventory of a specific yard is a tedious chore.
