Due In app delivery discounts this app generates lot of traffic , which is the main USP. But lack of customer support just ruins the overall experience. There is no way to report quality of food, no way we can give feedback of what can be improved. The live chat option is useless , no one bothers to check the msgs sent on the whatssapp number which is given.so in nutshell if delivered food is of bad quality there is no one you can talk to and you need forget about the refunds. I would like developes to work on a user friendly customer feedback option where all customer food issues can be handled.
