## What is PyramidEndurance?

PyramidEndurance is a simple and effective app to pace your finger endurance sessions and help you progress in climbing.

The app automatically manages your pyramid endurance workout, telling you when to hang and when to rest, following this structure:

1 rep = 7-second hang and 3-second rest

1 set = 6 repetitions (1 minute total)

The sets are arranged as follows:

1 set, 1 minute rest
1 set, 1 minute rest

2 sets, 1 minute rest
2 sets, 1 minute rest

3 sets, 1 minute rest
3 sets, 1 minute rest

4 sets, 1 minute rest
4 sets, 1 minute rest

3 sets, 1 minute rest
3 sets, 1 minute rest

2 sets, 1 minute rest
2 sets, 1 minute rest

1 set, 1 minute rest
1 set, 1 minute rest

Perfect for climbers who want to improve, the pyramid method helps build muscular endurance without overtraining — using only a hangboard.

The recommended grip is a half-crimp on a 20 mm edge at 50% of your max strength.
