DO NOT DOWNLOAD IF NOT CONFIRMED. ### 1/5 — Getting called for an app download ? *2023-09-05, version 3.1.1545* I don’t think I should of answered any questions about my information or medical insurance. Apple needs to delete this app. ### 3/5 — Issues on day 1 of downloading *2023-02-08, version 3.1.1058* I was extremely interested when heard of the app. Downloaded it today, and I got it all set up and right before I could browse around the app, the terms and conditions popped up again and just keeps loading. I’ve accepted both at sign up. Again, after sign up but doesn’t “continue” , killed the app from task manager , and uninstalled and reinstalled, restarted and turned it off and back on. Still nothing. Was looking forward to it… ### 1/5 — Scam! Beware *2022-12-16, version 3.1.1035* I called my insurance company and they advised me not to install or give them my info. They don’t partner out for services so this is a SCAM. I unfortunately gave them my name and dob but that’s the only info I gave them. I deleted the account and the app from my phone. I don’t know why apple would allow a scam app in the store… ### 1/5 — Fraud *2022-09-12, version 3.1.808* So I got a call to download this app and the person stated she was from my medical insurance company. A few days later I get a call saying it’s important they speak to me but would not tell my husband who answered our phone what the call was regarding and she hung up on him. I called my insurance company and was told this app is not something they are using and that this is fraudulent activity. I then found out the phone number that called me has been turned in for fraudulent calls and scammer calls by many people from various states. When I verified it and they sent me the link to this app first review I saw said scam and informed the caller that since it stated scam I was going to call my insurance and go through it with them. I then read some of the app comments and called my insurance provider to ask a few follow up questions in regarding the app. They said that they have no connection with the app what so ever?! I called my insurance and they told me it was a good thing I called to report this because it’s a scam! In other reviews they claim the representative just isn’t aware of them but they are lying. BY HIPPA LAW IF THEY WERE PART OF MY HEALTH INSURANCE THEY WOULD HAVE HAD TO PUT IN MY HEALTH INSURANCE FILE THAT THEY CONTACTED ME BUT THEY DIDN’T BECAUSE THEY AREN’T REAL ITS A SCAM! DO NOT DOWNLOAD AND CALL YOUR INSURANCE!!!! ### 5/5 — Nice App *2024-05-24, version 3.1.2347* I thought the app was a scam at first because it took time for my insurance company agents to know about the app.. at first they didn’t so I deleted the app.. I checked a few months later and they are all aware of their connection with the app! Just because every member doesn’t know YET, doesn’t mean it’s a scam.. also, you don’t have to put all your insurance/information for an account.. I didn’t.. I just gave my number and a different bday and I have full access to the app. It’s really helpful and it’s like a friend rooting me on all the way. Do your research but I’m pretty sure it’s not a scam.. it’s only there to help you. And if you still want the benefits without inputting personal info, go for it :) I did! I love the pet feature. I remember tamagotchi as a kid. I love the fun facts.
