Mastercard kicks them off so they go to Visa. Then Visa kicks them off and your balance is frozen with no clear answer from customer support. Turns out they weren’t processing refunds, they were pocketing them. What a bunch of scammers. After 6 months with a frozen balance and no working cards they finally started working again but their fees are exorbitant.
