This was a pretty amazing app but since the second halve of 2024 it stopped working. Then I reinstalled it this month and seemed to be ok but I realised there is no top up option! And the virtual card vanished! I tried to uninstall and reinstall the app but nothing changed. I closed my account and got your messages of closure, when I tried to restart the process creating an account, pyypl says service not available in my area! First they freeze their cards for months on end. Mastercard kicks them off so they go to Visa. Then Visa kicks them off and your balance is frozen with no clear answer from customer support. Turns out they weren’t processing refunds, they were pocketing them. What a bunch of scammers. After 6 months with a frozen balance and no working cards they finally started working again but their fees are exorbitant.
