As a renter—I am warning you do NOT use this service.  The interface on the renter side is horrible.  There is no option to use a computer to pay.  I do not know nor trust the encryption.  Also, they charge extra fees to the renter (which may be illegal) to process the payment.   Avoid.

**Developer response:** The PZ Owner is not available for tenants. You can use the app or the portal on your computer. Portal URL is tenant.propertyzar.com. The only fees are the e-payment processing fees. These are set by the payment platform and not our apps. Fees are $1 for ACH and 2.9% for credit cards. At or below industry standards. Every online payment platform charges a fee.
