## What is Q · ATT?

Q · ATT is an internal tool for the staff of the ATT company. It shows
information from the company's own panel and needs a working staff account:
without one there is no way in.

The reason the app exists is notifications. The web version of the panel has
none at all — with the tab closed, an update is not seen until somebody opens
the panel again. The app checks in the background and says so.

STRAIGHT ABOUT DATA

The app has no server of its own. Everything that leaves the phone goes to the
employer's own hosts, to whom the data belongs in the first place. There is no
analytics, no advertising and no third-party library. The password is never
stored in the clear: Face ID or Touch ID can keep it in the Keychain,
encrypted, and the phone otherwise keeps only a session key, which changing the
panel password revokes. The app's data is excluded from iCloud backup — a staff
credential has no business in the cloud.

The app is free and is distributed to ATT staff only.

## Version history (last 2 releases)

### 1.0.17 — 2026-10-21

Improved information layout across analytics, department notes, OSA events, search, and contacts: readable phone number formatting, single-line department chips, note body promoted to the top of each card, and stable category ordering in contacts.

### 1.0.16 — 2026-10-18

Passkey sign-in. If a passkey is attached in the panel, the confirmation step has a «Sign in with a passkey» button: it opens in a browser window and the app signs in by itself. Settings → Sign-in security can now add a passkey right from the iPhone. Fixed: attaching the first factor no longer signs the app out if data was refreshing at the same moment.
