## What is Q?

This app is part of a research project at the University of Sydney, headed up by Dr Kazjon Grace of the Designing with AI Lab. We want to figure out how to get people to eat healthier without giving them big restrictive lists of what they can and can’t eat. We want to surprise you instead, with ingredients and combinations that are just a little outside your comfort zone.  Studies show that a diverse diet is a healthy one, so long as you don’t count different kinds of candy-bars as different foods!  We use an AI model of surprise to come up with recipe suggestions guaranteed to broaden your horizons, bite by bite. Help us design the next generation of AI for a better world. Q-chef features:
