### 1/5 — KTEA-3 doesn’t work with iPad Mini

The wisc-v works with the iPad mini, but I learned during testing the ktea-3 doesn't. Please fix it so the App can work appropriately with the iPad mini.

I’ve been using this app for 3 years and love it. But for the past few months, I’ve had significant issues with the Bluetooth connection between devices (2017 iPad Pro & 2018 iPad) making it so I’ve had to go back to my old stimulus books in the middle of several assessments. This needs to be fixed quickly so that the app maintains its usefulness. I’ve made sure the issue is not due to my own user error and even after following the support guides, deleting and reinstalling the apps, and deleting other devices from my paired devices list, there are still the same issues. Please fix this soon!

I've been a school psychologist for more than 30 years.  This will revolutionize the way we administer tests. It allows for accuracy, facilitates multitasking of administration, and provides immediate scores.  In many respects, I'm sad I am at the end of my career, because Q-Interactive makes administration fun, for both the practitioner and the client.

After spending hours watching their video tutorials and combing through their online support pages and FAQs I can come to no other conclusion than this software is completely nonfunctional in iOS 7.1. The client iPad is a solid white screen that is completely unresponsive. All their tutorials and support are for iOS 6.
