This is the perfect companion app for F3. When I Q, it help me build workouts with ease. The AI assistant is great, just say a few words like “1 hour of 40% cardio, 60% arms” and hit generate. The whole Exicon is available to pick from and you can watch videos of many of the exercises. I love the Deck of Pain as a filler for when I have 10 minutes to go and am out of ideas or when I’m in the hotel gym because I couldn’t find a nearby beatdown in a new city.
