분명 응시취소를 하고 환불 받기를 했더니 앱에서는 환불 완료라 뜨는데 정작 돈은 안 들어왔습니다

앱을 실행해서 로그인을 하려고 아이디 치고 비밀번호만 치면 튕깁니다. 앱을 삭제하고 다시 깔아도 비밀번호만 입력하려고 누르면 앱이 종료가 됩니다. 빨리 오류좀 처리해주세요.

어플 자체가 업데이트를 할 생각인 없는거 같음
어플 자체 뒤로가기 버튼은 그냥 형식상 그림만 넣어놓은건지 눌러도 뒤로 가질 생각을 안함
그냥 휴대폰으로 자격증 신청 할 수 있으니까 쓰는거지 이거 만든 사람은 개발 자격증 없이 만든 수준임
