I have never tried an app that is more difficult to use. There are always various bugs, and I often can’t log in. I need to re-enter my information every time I log in. The navigation is also not very clear. This is a very unintelligent and even backward app. ### 1/5 — Uhhhmm… Alaska?! *2024-08-24, version 1.1* You do realize that Alaska is a state right? Can’t reset password. Can’t even email myself, to reset the password. Horrible. Has made school year a little more difficult and inconvenient. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t even include my state *2023-01-28, version 1.1* Can’t even use this app because for some reason Alaska isn’t available as a state to search for school districts. ### 1/5 — No password reset on mobile app *2022-11-02, version 1.1* My kids school require us to use this app to load money on their lunch account and since the new required password change I cannot get on. I have had the same password on this for years and it’s saying the old password is wrong so I cannot choose a new password in the new format. There is no password reset or forgot password option and the school cannot assist parents with resetting. This needs fixed. If my son forgets to bring a packed lunch he cannot eat that day since I cannot load money to his account. ### 1/5 — Terrible update *2022-09-05, version 1.1* The update over summer 2022 is terrible. The update for the mobile app is similar to the desktop version and completely irrelevant to using as an app. The assignments tab for classes has been removed and this is the main feature I need on this app. Very frustrating and seems like a complete waste now. ### 1/5 — App breaking Bug *2022-08-30, version 1.1* After drilling into an individual student, when opening a sub category that loads information past the bottom of the screen, the information is not visible and the screen cannot be scrolled to see it. This is happening on the mobile web version also. There is no way to report a bug from the app and I can't report a problem through apple. This is extremely frustrating as this information is important to have access to and school is starting in less than a week. ### 1/5 — Not a fan *2022-08-24, version 1.1* The app no longer lets me scroll down to see the entire screen for each section. I have tried to find a contact for support, but it just takes you to a webpage, where it asks for a login.
