Maybe just a plainly describes paragraph would help. ### 2/5 — Doesn’t work after Update *2023-03-11, version 1.1.0* The app was working great for 1.5 years but no longer works after the latest update. ### 1/5 — Update totally broke it *2023-03-06, version 1.0.8* The app worked fine until they updated it not its totally useless. Instead nothing works! The user interface is not functional and non responsive. There is a toggle switch (which I have no idea what it does) placed directly over the hamburger menu. If I’m lucky I can occasionally get to the menu. Confirming the bed is selected still made no difference. This is an AWFUL customer experience. Basic functionality is better than no functionality. My wife constantly loses her remote. We use it to raise and lower and start the massage function. This was all great. The new update this past week completely changed the app and it is now useless. The app doesn’t let you choose which base you want to control. It no longer works in any way. This new version links to the bed fine, but it will only raise the head section. Won’t lower it back, and no other function works either. And the phone that I downloaded the app into does not appear on the appear on the list of devices. I have turned the blue tooth in and off to make sure it gets scanned. Prior to the last update, the app worked for my base. The new app version seems to have broken something. I’ve tried reconnecting the base, toggling the app’s remote selector, and even went so far as to delete and reinstall the app. The app says my base is connected, but doesn't move my bed. The physical remotes work, but this app no longer does. Then the company launches an update that breaks it! I tried all sorts of settings to no avail. I finally got it to work with my bed again by deleting the app from my phone and reinstalled from the App Store. Once your back in the app, I was able to successfully reconnect my base unit. It’s great for when the bed is upright and I’ve dropped the remote on the floor and can’t reach it. What doesn’t work for me is the alarm. I set it and save but it really doesn’t save anything. It has the option to wake to zero g which seems weird. I would much rather be able to wake to the massage feature and one of my memory settings. I would also like to the option of no sound on the alarm, just the massage and memory setting. If the company can get the alarm to work and make those changes I’d gladly give it five stars. A bonus would be the ability to operate it through Amazon’s Alexa devices. ### 4/5 — Needs improvements for iPad *2020-04-07, version 1.0.3* Only the head up button goes up but it won’t bring it down. My solution: But it worked well for my husband’s iPad on his side of our split king cal. So I deleted the app and reinstalled it and turned off my iPhone so it would interfere. However, parts of it do not like the timing for the massage feature 10 2030 minutes it turns off after a certain amount of time there’s no way to lengthen that. Everything else on the app does work and it connects via Bluetooth every time. The interface isn’t great compared to other apps out there. ### 3/5 — Fix for App *2023-03-23, version 1.1.0* For those who are having problems with the new app where the buttons won’t work. Go to settings and click on remote style and select SBKDCT and that fixed it the issue for me. You might have to select the one with 2 at the end first then back up the forts one.
