Outdated app which cannot updated anymore. ### 2/5 — Wow *2026-06-29, version 4.7.0* I loved Q-See. I had my first set up for a few years, then got a DVR that handled eight cameras instead of four. When trying to set up remotely, I had problems...as I did the first time. I got help from them. To me, the instructions are NOT clear. I called for help and was told that I could buy a package or pay a one time fee of 49.99 to solve this problem. I understand their time is worth money, but if they are going to charge, the program needs to be something that works and has instructions that are understandable. I am disappointed. I can now see remotely but I don’t know why. I fooled around with it enough that SOMETHING works SOMETIMES, but it randomly kicks me off. Now, I read on here that it could be the instability of the program. SO, I call and they charge me OR I spend TONS of time trying to figure out something that I can’t fix anyway. Q-see QT View QT 718 App V 4.6.6 Apple IOS 13.2.3. IPhone 7 Plus. All sound with the new iOS 13.2.3 is gone. I have rebooted and removed and reinstalled the QC app. Still no sound at all. My old iPhone 4 with the old QT app still works and has sound. I’m very pleased with the new version 4.6.6, except for the “no sound problem”. Help. —————————— 12-28-201@ I put in the new update.
