## What is Q?

Q-Shield Sentinel: Post-Quantum Security, Honestly Assessed.

Your encryption has an expiration date. When large quantum computers reach cryptographic relevance, every RSA and ECC key becomes vulnerable — and adversaries already collect encrypted data today to decrypt later (HNDL). Q-Shield Sentinel tells you when your defenses expire, which assets are at risk first, and which NIST-standard algorithms to migrate to.

Assessment tool, not certification. On-device AI never sees your keys, plaintext, or passwords.

ALWAYS-ON — Sentinel: Vigilance Mode v2. Sentinel is always awake. Five-source freshness (NIST · GRI · arXiv · your domains · last AI analysis) shows the honest age behind every input. Force Refresh top-right; Pause Vigilance 1h / 24h / 7d. Auto-refreshes never deduct from your monthly count. Alerts are off by default.

NEW — SENTINEL ECHO: ANSWER THE QUESTIONNAIRE YOU WERE SENT

Your enterprise customer sends a post-quantum readiness questionnaire. Paste it in. Echo sorts every question into what it is really asking about (cryptographic inventory, standards and compliance, migration roadmap, crypto-agility, suppliers), then drafts the answers your Q-Shield assessment can support — each draft showing where it came from, so you can check it before you send it.

It will not fill a box it cannot back up. Questions with nothing behind them come back blank, with the reason. Pricing, contracts, SLAs and supplier questions are marked "only you can answer this." Export it all as a document.

This is not AI. No model reads your questionnaire and no answer is invented — fixed rules plus your own assessment data, so the same questionnaire always gives the same result.

CORE FEATURES

1. QRS 5-Axis Risk Score (all tiers) — 0–100 per asset across five axes; find the weakest one first.
2. AI Algorithm Advisor + Key Lifecycle (Starter+) — NIST-standard recommendation (ML-KEM-768, ML-DSA-65, SLH-DSA) with what it protects against, and what it does not.
3. Threat Explanation (Starter+) — plain-language Shor, HNDL exposure, why RSA/ECDSA stay deployable today but warrant migration.
4. Ghost-Key Evolution (Starter+) — five-stage (0–4) key-rotation maturity.
5. Breach Timeline + HNDL (Professional+) — per-algorithm Q-Day timeline with your migration window.
6. 22-Page CISO Report (Professional+) — board-ready PDF Simulation Assessment Report; every estimate shows its assumptions and sources.
7. Enterprise Scan + Command Center (Enterprise) — stress-test simulation, unlimited diagnostics, vendor risk, monthly delta reports.

A SIMULATION, NOT A CERTIFICATION
A deterministic, rule-based simulation that maps your inputs to NIST post-quantum standards — not AI, not an infrastructure audit, not a certification authority. We describe RSA/ECDSA honestly — not "broken," but exposed to HNDL.

MEMBERSHIP
• Free ($0): 3 assessments/month, history saved.
• Starter ($499 one-time): Full 5-Axis QRS audit, 3-page summary, Q-Day estimate.
• Professional ($149.99/mo): Unlimited audits, 22-page CISO report, Breach Timeline.
• Enterprise (Annual: Contact Sales · Monthly $499.99/mo): Command Center, unlimited diagnostics.

SECURITY FOUNDATIONS
Q-Shield never asks for, transmits, or stores keys, plaintext, ciphertext, or passwords. AI inputs/outputs are screened for key material.

LEGAL — REQUIRED
Risk-assessment simulation based on mathematical modeling. Results are predictions and do not guarantee security certifications or absolute defense against quantum attacks. All decisions are your responsibility.

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 4.5.1 — 2026-08-19

v4.5.1 — Sentinel Echo: answer the questionnaire you were sent

• Sentinel Echo — you were sent a post-quantum readiness questionnaire. Paste it in and Echo sorts every question by what it is really asking about, then drafts the answers your own Q-Shield assessment can support. Each draft shows which part of your assessment it came from, so you can check it before you send it.
• It leaves blanks on purpose. A question with nothing behind it comes back empty with the reason, instead of a confident-sounding paragraph. Pricing, contracts, SLAs and supplier questions are marked "only you can answer this."
• Not AI. No model reads your questionnaire and no answer is invented — the same questionnaire always produces the same result.
• Key material never leaves your device. If a private key, certificate or password is pasted in with the questionnaire, the app stops it before anything is uploaded and tells you what it found.
• Export the finished answers as a document to send back.

Open it from any assessment. Same pricing, no new plans.

### 4.4.1 — 2026-08-05

v4.4.1 — Clearer assessment wording, redesigned Siri shortcuts & purchase reliability

• Clearer wording throughout: your results and the PDF are now labeled an "assessment report" instead of a "certificate," so it's plain that Q-Shield gives you a reference assessment of your quantum-readiness — not a formal certification.
• Siri shortcuts redesigned to match what the app actually does: the new "Check Security Health" shortcut runs a real self-test of the app's security configuration and reports the results. Shortcuts describing operations the app does not perform were removed.
• Purchases and Restore Purchases are more resilient: if activation is interrupted (offline or signed out), the app finishes it automatically the next time you launch.
• Fixed a sign-in issue on Mac where the dashboard could show "Server error" right after you logged in.

Same features, same pricing. Sentinel keeps watching the standards, not your secrets.

### 4.4.0 — 2026-07-19

v4.4.0 — Redesigned Siri shortcuts & purchase reliability

• Siri shortcuts redesigned to match what the app actually does: the new "Check Security Health" shortcut runs a real self-test of the app's security configuration and reports the results. Shortcuts describing operations the app does not perform were removed.
• Purchases and Restore Purchases are more resilient: if activation is interrupted (offline or signed out), the app finishes it automatically the next time you launch.
• Fixed a sign-in issue on Mac where the dashboard could show "Server error" right after you logged in.

Same features, same pricing. Sentinel keeps watching the standards, not your secrets.

### 4.3.3 — 2026-07-09

v4.3.3 — Reliability fixes

• Fixed a sign-in issue on Mac where the dashboard could show "Server error" right after you logged in.
• General reliability improvements.

Same features, same pricing. Sentinel keeps watching the standards, not your secrets.

### 4.3.2 — 2026-06-30

v4.3.2 — Clearer, more honest reporting

Every estimate now shows its assumptions and sources, so you always know what's behind a number.

What's new
• Plain-language risk explanations — understand your quantum exposure without the jargon.
• Refined CISO briefing — a tighter executive narrative ready for the boardroom.
• Cleaner simulation-based assessment report — clearer layout, with a SHA-256 document-integrity hash.
• Breach Timeline and HNDL exposure now read as model estimates, framed honestly.
• Improved localization across all 7 languages.

Honesty-first
Q-Shield is a simulation that maps your posture to NIST post-quantum standards — a simulation, not a certification. It is not AI and not an infrastructure audit.

Still always-on: Sentinel keeps watching the standards, not your secrets. Same pricing.
