## What is Q?

Control Q-SYS systems from your iOS device! Within Q-SYS Designer software, user control interfaces (UCIs) can be created, and nearly any element in the system can be placed in the UCIs for control and monitoring. This enables a near limitless array of control capability, all from your iOS device, including source selection buttons, Q-SYS PTZ camera controls (with video preview frames),  lighting dimmer controls, projector on/off selector, signal meters, screen up/down, snapshot recall, volume control faders, and more.
 
This app is designed for use with QSC's Q-SYS Platform only.  Q-SYS UCI deployment onto a Core processor for use with TSC touch screens, UCI viewer for PC and iOS app requires license activation.  Visit www.qsc.com/uci for more details.

### 2/5 — Updated and now won’t function

With the app update last week now none of the rooms function except for the devices on an update delay. Older version works great but new kills the system.  Crashes on opening now.

### 1/5 — 3.12 Broke CSS

When 3.12 came out/auto updated, it made it so the app couldn’t “download images” when trying to launch the UCI. My UCI uses a CSS file with custom images. When I removed the custom images from the CSS, the UCI launched. Design is on 9.13. Haven’t tried with Designer version 10 because I have peripherals that can’t go to 10. Please fix

After updating to v3.6 we can no longer see our system on the app, just a blank screen.

The latest update brought back connectivity issues with our cores. And even fewer times when we connect our values and meters are blank. 
Cores are running 8.4 and there is no intention to update them any time soon.

Since updating in May, our iPad can no longer be used to turn on sound in our church. Please fix so that our older iPad, which is able to take the latest iOS updates, can still be used to turn on our sound system.

After the update from last week, the app shows the locations but doesn’t allow you to control them. It just shows a dark green selection where they used to be red or a lighter green. Please fix soon!!

Hi our app broke with an update. However I fixed it by going to the iPad settings, scrolling down to find Q-Sys control, selecting Q-Sys control, and then setting the IP address of the Q-Sys core in the ‘hard link IP address’ area of the settings. Hope this helps someone else like the previous reviewer!
