Ever since the update I haven’t been able to control my music which is ruining my trade. I’m a 3 level bar in the heart of Perth city not being able to control my music volume isn’t great to maintain the right atmosphere we want in my bar. Let’s go from Windows XP to windows 10. ### 2/5 — Needs a back button *2018-05-11, version 2.2* I’m a stage manager that was put in control of my theater’s monitor system while my A1 was out of town and the sub A1 only has an Android and isn’t able to use this app. (My theater should have a dedicated device to run this, but...there’s a lot of things my theater should have.) This app needs a back button or a home button to get back to the main menu page without needing to close the app entirely, to make it more user-friendly. ### 1/5 — Unreliable *2017-09-29, version 1.7.1* I as well get a blank screen. I love the potential but it lacks the reliability. ### 1/5 — Always a blank screen *2016-08-13, version 1.5.14* I work for a luxury hotel and I am forced to use this app to control the volume of the music in our different restaurant outlets. 9 times out of 10 the app opens and I have a blank screen. Now the it seems to be permanently blank. I've tried resetting the phone. I've tried updating the app. I've tried updating the apple software and nothing seems to be updating. ### 1/5 — App closes after entering pass code for UCI *2015-08-07* Having updated to the most recent version the app does not make it past the UCI selection page. After inserting the password the app just crashes and closes and does not go any further, preventing use. Needs fixing. ### 1/5 — Crashes *2012-07-19, version 1.3.7* I upgraded to version 1.3.7 on an iPad2 and it constantly crashes. The interface opens and the crashes at the first touch of any control. Very disappointed that the app that was supposed to make my life easier does nothing of the sort. Is it possible to revert to the older version? ...at least that one was stable. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — 3.12 Broke CSS *2026-01-10* When 3.12 came out/auto updated, it made it so the app couldn’t “download images” when trying to launch the UCI. My UCI uses a CSS file with custom images. When I removed the custom images from the CSS, the UCI launched. Design is on 9.13. Haven’t tried with Designer version 10 because I have peripherals that can’t go to 10. Please fix ### 1/5 — Do not update to 3.9 *2024-06-22, version 3.9* This update broke my UCI connection. Older version works great but new kills the system. And even fewer times when we connect our values and meters are blank. Please fix so that our older iPad, which is able to take the latest iOS updates, can still be used to turn on our sound system. ### 2/5 — I fixed the app after it broke in June 2021! *2021-07-07, version 3.4.2* Hi our app broke with an update. However I fixed it by going to the iPad settings, scrolling down to find Q-Sys control, selecting Q-Sys control, and then setting the IP address of the Q-Sys core in the ‘hard link IP address’ area of the settings.
