White text on a grey background? Really? Fire whomever picked that color choice.

The reminders don’t really work.

After you try to book a position on the waitlist and the app doesn’t think you are close enough, you’ll get an error. Even if you are standing in front of the very same restaurant.

Simultaneously rejected the confirmation code it sent but “confirmed” place in line. Several minutes later into my wait, kicked me out of line.

The app said there was no wait at the restaurant we were going to. We arrived less than 5 minutes later and discovered a 90 minute wait list with 8 people in front of us. They couldn't explain what Q had said but I'll never use this app again.

Ef. This. $5 to be put on a wait list...? Doesn’t go over fees at all, no refund if you don’t get a table, no guarantees, this app won’t last, that’s the only guarantee you’re getting here. Garbage.

i’m not sure if maybe this version is bugged or if just doesn’t work, but there are a few problems here:

- i got no instruction to create an account, connect payment, etc until looking in the settings

- i see no restaurants in the list view or on the map, despite downloading this app outside of a restaurant that was advertising this app

also, not a big deal, but annoying — it’s still not updated for iphone x resolutions, despite the app being updated 3 minutes ago

really wish this worked because i was pretty excited to get in line at my favorite restaurant before getting there

I wasn’t really sure the app had worked and it failed the first time I connected it to Apple Pay inexplicably. 

It did do the job though, so I guess that’s good. Just seemed strange to pay a fee and not know what was going on. Meh. Will likely delete.

So I went to set a reminder. The place where the option to view the dates is a literal white screen. I had to get lucky and scroll to find the proper date for my reminder.

I love this app! I used it to go to Agave and it was wonderful. I just wish more restaurants used it so hopefully as time goes by they choose to use this app because it makes everything so much easier.

This app makes going out so much better at places that frequently are busy. Just check the app and if there is a wait time- get on the waitlist remotely from my phone. I added to waitlist with 45 minute wait. Drove there, parked, checked in with host and they had me on the list - seated us in a few minutes. Saved me at least a half an hour of waiting in line!
