Tried to contact support but not available in English. Very frustrating as specifically got this watch for the step counter. Everything else works fine ### 1/5 — Syncing *2022-06-17* I find that this app I have to reset once a week. It will stop syncing and it means I lose data. Not impressed. It will also not let me upgrade firmware as the the other reviewer. 😡 ### 2/5 — Does not notify with text messages *2022-05-12* This app is great, except it doesn’t sync notifications through sms/iMessage. I get notifications for every app except that one. Every update, I wait for them to fix the issue, but they never do. I don’t trust it. I thought the brand was a good one but this app is making me feel very unsure. I uninstalled the program, I turned off the watch, I installed the program again then turned on the watch, I was able to get my code. It takes time, so far is good. It does have an alarm it just vibrate, the weather is not accurate, you can take pictures, is very comfortable. Step counter is wildly inaccurate. App could be a little more technical such as being able to pick and chose which sport displays you would like, like you can change the watch faces. Overall I really like the watch and it’s features, I love the fact I can use my watch to control my music so I don’t have to hunt for my phone. Heart rates and BP don’t seem too far out. With a few little fixes it could be an amazing watch rather than just a great watch. Please update.
