Reward yourself and we’ll reward you: by visiting our studios you collect valuable points on your integrated digital waxing card which you can redeem for a free waxing. All you need is the Q-APP!

CHECK ANYTIME HOW BUSY WE ARE AT ANY LOCATION

The app shows you exactly how busy the WAX IN THE CITY studios are. Your nearest studio will be displayed on the very top. Plus, you can also select your favorite studio to be displayed on top of the list.

CHECK IN SPONTANEOUSLY FROM ANYWHERE

Easy online check-in: select your favorite waxing treatment and use our app to book your next free slot in the studio of your choice – during our opening hours – whenever it suits you best.

AS LITTLE WAIT AS POSSIBLE

Once you have checked in via the app, a confirmation is sent to you promptly. We ask you to arrive at the studio within the given time. Your treatment will begin after minimum wait time. Since previous waxings may in some cases be shorter or longer than planned, the indicated wait times may vary. However, they are updated every minute.

Ich kann die Bewertungen wegen Pünktlichkeit überhaupt nicht nachvollziehen. Ich bin seit vielen Jahren Kundin und habe mit der App bisher nur super Erfahrungen gemacht.

Ich versuche mich seit einer geraumen Zeit über die App anzumelden um mir einen Termin zu reservieren. Jedes Mal wenn ich auf anmelden mit Facebook klicke, öffnet sich ein neues Fenster im Webbrowser und zeigt mir die Fehlermeldung „

An sich ist es ja eine tolle Idee!
Aber wenn aus 40 Minuten plötzlich ein „JETZT“ wird und du dich beeilst und innerhalb von 5 Minuten im Laden bist, damit dir dann gesagt wird, dass du noch 50 Minuten warst sollst, sollte die APP oder die Idee dahinter echt nochmal überdacht werden.
Leider ist mir das schon 2 Mal passiert!

Eigentlich eine gute Sache, einchecken und einen Termin via App reservieren und dann die Wartezeit anderweitig nutzen. Das Problem ist nur, dass die Wartezeit hinten und vorne nicht stimmt. Ich habe nach der Meldung „wir erwarten Dich JETZT“ noch geschlagene 40 Minuten gewartet. Da müßte man auch mal die Minuten zählen, die der Kunde nach seinem Terminzeitpunkt gewartet hat, in der App aufführen und nicht 40 Minuten nach dem Termin immer noch „wir erwarten Dich JETZT“ schreiben. Das geht leider gar nicht, da brauche ich nicht vorher einzuchecken.

There is no option to hose a particular time. You have to make urself available at their chosen time rather than yours. The waiting time could change from 300 minutes to 15 minutes all a sudden and you might be in the middle of your office hours. Terrible concept if you don’t have a very flexible life style and you live right next door with nothing else to do.
