软件产品经理你脑袋里装的是大便么，用好话和你说话你都不配。软件越做越垃圾，医生开的药方，要点一堆取药付费提示，才能看到药方，药方不对前面提示还要重新来一遍，之前药方在第一页，有问题就可以直接退回去找医生。还有快递费，我药付款了，快递费不提示付医院下班了，才提示快递费没付款，耽误用药。关键是你软件的客服是给医院的，怎么就软件开发就没有反馈问题的地方。真的太垃圾了。

垃圾中的垃圾，挂了个在线号，医生接诊后四小时自动关闭，四个小时之内医生连病情都没问完，可能医生很忙，也有现场号再看。到点直接关闭了，要求退钱，投诉处理半个多月一点反馈没有。不心疼几十块钱，但是这个做法真的恶心
