## What is 全国版救急受診アプリ「Q助」?

消防庁では、住民の緊急度判定を支援し、利用できる医療機関や受診手段の
情報を提供するため、緊急度判定プロトコルver.２（家庭自己判断）をもとに全国
版救急受診アプリ「Q助」（以下アプリ）を作成しました。

【機能説明】
急な病気やけがをしたとき、該当する症状を画面上で選択していくと、
緊急度に応じた必要な対応（「いますぐ救急車を呼びましょう」、「できるだけ早
めに医療機関を受診しましょう」又は「緊急ではありませんが医療機関を受診しま
しょう」）が表示されます。
その後、医療機関の検索（厚生労働省の「医療情報ネット」にリンク）や、受診手段の検索（一般社団法人全国ハイヤー・タクシー連合会の「都道府県協会一覧」（タクシー検索）と消防庁の「各都道府県のホームページに掲載されている事業所一覧（患者等搬送事業者検索）にリンク） を行うことができるようになっています。 

【利用にあたっての注意点】
・アプリは、iOS8以上のiPhone端末でご利用いただけます。
・アプリをご利用していただくための通信料は、ご利用者の負担となります。
・消防庁救急企画室は、お客様への事前の通知なく、理由の如何を問わず、アプリ
の内容、表示、操作方法、その他運営方法の変更、またはアプリの提供を中断、終
了することができます。この場合、当室はこれにかかる中断・中止について一切責
任を負いません。
