1. Cart is not updated, Once after ordering they are calling to inform few items are not available 
2. Had to wait for more than 120 mins after multiple follow ups had to get the delivery. Was scheduled to deliver within 60mins.
3. Branch not picking up calls for updating the delivery status 
4. No way we can track where the order is once it’s out for delivery 
5. Totally worst customer service and totally dissatisfied and frustrated with the experience.

I absolutely love using the Quick 2 Home app! It’s hands down the best place to buy fresh chicken. I’ve tried their Drumsticks, Whole Thighs, Country Chicken meat, Lollipops, and a few other items, and every single time, the quality has been outstanding. The meat is always fresh, tender, and full of flavor. What really stands out is the fast delivery – it’s always on time. The app itself is super easy to use, making ordering a breeze. I’m definitely a loyal customer and highly recommend Quick 2 Home to anyone looking for premium, fresh chicken delivered right to their doorstep!
