It NEVER saves my progress! This has been an issue for a couple of years now!

This ilearning app is for people that work for a living which means learning in breaks and after work. Yet no  dark mode and unadjustable tiny text. The apps from the acquisitions (eg LinuxGuru) were better than this.

This QA Learning app desperately needs improvement. The biggest issue? Downloaded training materials don’t work offline. If you’re traveling or in a situation without internet—like on a plane—the app fails to load most of the time, as it requires authentication with an internet connection. Even worse, assigned training materials don’t function within the app itself; instead, they redirect you to a browser, which again demands internet access. 

For those with training deadlines set by their organization, this app is unreliable for learning on the go. While the training content is well-structured and generally up to date, the app itself falls short in an era where accessibility and digital learning should go hand in hand.

The app does not work on my iPhone. It remains hung on the login. I reinstalled it and it worked the first time but it is not moving past the logging in screen.

Lots of bugs and features missing. For example, taking a knowledge check exam loses your progress forever once you navigate away from the app. And it takes 90+ seconds to log in. 

In general, the app seems more interested in nice video production than on an optimized mobile experience. But try streaming those videos in a subway car. YouTube would be a more effective learning resource.

Was this app coded up by a couple of high schoolers? Everything is disjointed and not intuitive. Managing downloads is very broken as there’s no swipe to delete. The downloads section scroll looks like something from 2009. When one completes a course, there is zero indication of such completion when searching. As if all that isn’t bad enough, I frequently have to crash the app out because it goes non responsive.
