حوادث المرور ظاهرة موجودة في كل المجتمعات سواء تلك المصنفة بدول العالم الأول من حيث تقدمها التقني والصناعي او الدول المتأخرة ، والتي تتسبب دوما في عرقلة الحركة المرورية وخسائر مادية ومعنوية.
ولذلك تم تدشين تطبيق قدرها بالإتفاق مع إدارة المرور للتبليغ عن الحوادث المروية داخل وخارج المركز بشكل آلي وسهل، كما يمكنك التعرف على كافة التحديثات الخاصة بالحادث ومن ضمنها الوقت المتوقع لوصول المحقق لمكان الحادثة وموقعه في الخريطة. وتجدر الإشارة ان تطبيق قدرها يقوم بمباشرة الحوادث بدون مقابل مادى من اطراف الحادث، ويجب أن يكون طرف واحد من اطراف الحادث على الأقل حاملا لوثيقة تأمين سارية المفعول من احدى شركات التأمين العاملة في المملكة العربية السعودية والمعتمدة من مؤسسة النقد العربي.

وتتمثل إجراءات البلاغ في الآتي :
* توفير المعلومات الأساسية حسب الامكانية مثل ( اسم المبلغ – رقم السجل المدني – رقم الجوال – رقم لوحة السيارة – نوع السيارة – رقم وثيقة التأمين – اسم شركة التأمين – المدينة – موقع الحادث – أي علامات بارزة أو مميزة لموقع الحادث – توثيق الحادث بالصور والفيديوهات )
* معرفة ما إذا كانت السيارات المشتركة في الحادث قابلة للتحريك أو لا
* التأكد من الحصول على رقم الحالة وتاريخ وقوع الحادث لتسهيل إجراءات مراجعتك مستقبلا لدى شركة التأمين
