So, I was looking for something like this, seems promising, Downloaded the app, but it skips past the portion where I can create an account/login credentials and just goes to the login screen for existing users. Attempting to create an account online through their official website also proved useless because it gives me an error saying an account with my email already exists which is also false because hitting “forgot password” then states no account exists with this email. What is going on?

Not sure about investments or returns- but the app (more likely the back-end) doesn’t work at all. 
Every single thing I did, failed to work the first time- opening an account, initial deposit, subsequent deposit, initial investment, etc - every single thing needed a conversation with support. Support was good & eventually fixed it - but transactions should just “work” & not need a support call,  every. single. time. 
I closed my account & deleted the app.

I’ve had a couple of interactions with the “customer service” people who can apparently only be reached via the chat option. On even the best of occasions, response time to simple queries is measured in days, but recently it has gone from days to weeks, and still no response. Tomorrow I will look to see how an SEC complaint might help get a response. I can’t recommend this company to anyone. Back to the app - it’s very buggy. You make a change to your investment choices and there is no confirmation that the change was made or when it will be processed. After 2 days of waiting for the last change to be made, I don’t know whether to try it again or keep waiting.

Everything went smoothly with my setup and deposit, but now I can’t log in. The app times out or tells something went wrong and to try logging in again later. I’ve checked for app updates to no avail. Not sure what’s going on as I’ve tried to log in a few days in a row and still can’t.

You have no control of your money or investments.  There are constant problems and critical errors.  Invest your money elsewhere.  The creators are incredibly sloppy and incapable.  I’m shocked that Forbes put its name behind Q.ai

I had been investing with Q.ai for over a year. The strategies underperformed but I found it interesting and wanted to support the idea with my money. 2022 happened and I decided it would be smart to withdraw my money and take tax loss. That was months ago 2022. It is now 2023 and I STILL do not have my money, and I am constantly getting the run around from customer support. Its giving me FTX vibes. Please don't give these people your money, and if you do, just consider it gone. You don't want to end up like me.

I have lost my money on this app I deposit 800 and still can’t manage to find it I have contact them and their communication been extremely bad and unhelpful they told me the funds are in a secure saving but my account says -800 on it and 0 in balance and I can’t find were the money is in the app and I have tried to contact them but they have been really slow to respond to message I do not recommend this app to anyone I have lost my money and they team at Q.ai has not help to explain the app also is easy to use but I don’t get why I can’t find my money neither withdraw extremely disappointed I gave my trust and they lost
