### 1/5 — Unintuitive & Doesn’t Work

Zero stars!  First complaint:  Antiqued login design.  Login fields should be capable of auto-populating from my device’s saved passwords; Second complaint:  The app has to be closed and reopened in order to sign in as a different user, if not, the app displays an error message.  Third complaint:  App states it’s offline even though their is a WiFi connection and cellular service.  Fourth complaint:  App doesn’t inform you when there is no internet connectivity;  Fifth complaint:  This app doesn’t work correctly whenever Apple updates their iOS.  Conclusion:  The user wastes more time updating software or diagnosing issues with this app than they do performing the work on the QAlert request!
