My sinus arrhythmia reports are showing a PAC burden. But I can’t show the summary of them to my doctor because the Summary shows 0% for me even though over half of the ECG’s are showing a PAC burden. ### 3/5 — Gotta add AI to everything… *2026-05-09, version 2.8.84* I hate that I have to send my request to the bot first. I don’t pay for this app for a bot, I pay for it because I want a human. Love the human reviews. Sometimes they can take a long time but they’re always worth it. ### 2/5 — Unable to subscribe *2026-04-03, version 2.8.81* I’m trying to subscribe but it just times out and I thought it was a billing issue however I’m able to purchase other app and make other subscriptions with Apple so not sure what is going on here ### 3/5 — Unlimited HUMAN reviews? *2025-08-15, version 2.8.72* Certainly would give this app a 5 star review but for 3 things. 1) The analysis mistakenly labels the initial heart beat as a OVC. This causes PVCover counting. And many PVC Multiple are actually single. I manually get a rough count by filtering out PVC Single. 2) They have a page on their website that says we can by unlimited human reviews. I think at initial installation I was asked if Zi wanted this but opted for now only for AI reviews. Now I cannot find the option for unlimited human reviews. 3) They continue to not respond to my messages on 1 & 2) even though I sent multiple messages from app and via email. Please note, I have not checked the PVC over read flaw in the latest update. I am still in process of loading 3 years of ECGs one at a time. After zi reinstalled the app, all reviews were lost. It would be nice to be able to quick select multiple ECGs and send to AI for review, even if have to wait a bit for their system to digest them. Thanks, John ### 3/5 — Not That Helpful *2025-07-30, version 2.8.71* I am an avid ECG taker on my watch and a big fan of self advocacy. I started having heart problems as a teen and was ignored because of my age. With the advent of apple watches I was able to get the proof I needed that I had atrial fibrillation and flutter. My EP knows I’m great at tracking and communicating abnormalities and had even used my ecgs to diagnose SVT when new problems arose after my first ablation. 2 ablations in and unfortunately the afib is back and with several other health issues complicating the situation, I have to watch for new and other abnormalities. Most of the time ChatGPT does a decent job interpreting my ecgs to help me learn to read them and if it’s worthy going to a doc about. (Do not use in replacement of doc and be careful with other models like deepseek who pretends to read. I ran known ecgs to test them and gpt was most accurate) I thought this app could be another tool in my arsenal. However there is a few issues I found. One is cost. You cannot find anywhere how much the interpretations will cost until you’re there. So transparency gets an F. I expected there to be a cost but I also hoped it would at least let you try it before dumping a ton of money. There is no way to test or try it out so I can’t confirm it’ll be any better than ChatGPT or accurate. Second, when you open it, it shows ecgs from your watch. However it seemed to only load about 8 very random ecgs. A few were from last year. Was hoping to look at a reading I had the other day that my watch flagged as afib. Wasn’t one of the chosen few I guess. No way to manually upload it from what I could find. It only walked me through how to turn on permissions, which I clearly had since it was showing some. Third, the questionnaire about heart health: it asks you things like when you were diagnosed with things. This is good. Problem is the most recent year is 2024. So if you were just diagnosed with something, you’ll just have to lie by a year? Given we are halfway through 2025, it makes me question if the app is being updated or maintained anymore. Their website is handy with resources for understanding single lead ecgs but the app itself fell short. And given that the cheaper subscription is not for a human reading it, I really have to wonder if it’s any better than free ChatGPT. I won’t be able to find out as I’m not just handing over a credit card without confirming I’m even getting accurate results with a test report and I wouldn’t have been able to analyze the ecgs I wanted anyway since it only chose 8 random ecgs to load in. ### 5/5 — SD *2025-07-23, version 2.8.70* This app helped to relieve my anxiety till I got treatment for afib, super easy to use with Apple Watch , definitely recommended for someone with arrhythmia. ### 5/5 — Found my Congenital Long QT Syndrome *2025-07-22, version 2.8.70* I went through about 8 cardiologists or cardiology NP/PAs who told me I could not have LQTS. Finally, the 9th genetic tested me, and I have the KCNQ1 variant. This appt detected this issue a few years before I was diagnosed. Doctors made me to be crazy for trusting an app for medical advice. In office EKGs were normal but those are a snapshot in time, and are often not conducted during symptoms. My husband and dad’s readings on QALY were normal but my mom’s readings looked similar to mine so I had her tested. She is positive for congenital LQTS as well. QALY was also the first to pick up on my first degree AV Block. My EP applauded this app and told me to use it to monitor my QTc, and head to ER when well into the 500s to get a 12 lead, check electrolytes, and get some magnesium… especially during times of illness/fluid losses. I may owe this app my life! I was started on nadolol and due to the complexity of my other illnesses often requiring qt prolonging meds (like gastroparesis), I may be looking at an ICD. ### 4/5 — Free version does not support Fitbit (yet) *2025-07-04, version 2.8.69* I was contacted by the developer after my review saying the app can’t be used for free. Apparently it can, but not for Fitbit. They are hoping to have it integrated in July. They gave me a free trial of the full version and it is a very good service. I received a fast reading of my ECG by someone kind and knowledgeable. It was reassuring. Hopefully Fitbit integration will be ready soon! ### 5/5 — Brilliant! *2025-06-19, version 2.8.69* I had been using Qaly for a few weeks before a cardiologist appointment. I had been running my ECG’s through and gaining brilliant insights. I used the app to show the cardiologist who scoffed and told me the watch wasn’t accurate and what the app was telling me was wrong. Ran an ECG and took great pleasure in his back tracking when the ECG came out with the same results. I wouldn’t have known the PQRS insights without Qaly! ### 5/5 — Amazing app✨ *2025-06-13, version 2.8.69* I’ve been regularly tracking my ECG recordings taken with my Apple Watch through this app and sharing them with technicians, which played a major role in finally diagnosing my long-standing heart rhythm issues. The app (Ecg Technician) tedetected SVT (Supraventricular Tachycardia), and when I visited my doctor, the diagnosis was confirmed. This app has truly been life-saving. Besides that, this has been one of the best things I have put my money into. shoutout to the technicians!! ❤️ I highly recommend this app! ### 5/5 — Information and Reassurance *2025-05-15, version 2.8.68* VERY helpful app. I have had complex arrhythmias and AFib (which has not recurred after ablation), but the frequency of my ectopic beats was being overcalled by my Apple Watch as afib. Qaly was extremely helpful in providing reassurance that I was NOT experiencing recurrence of paroxysmal afib. Usually the AI bot got it right, but if I was unsure, I’d send to the real person to read. As I experienced more and more ectopic beats, the app (bots & real people who read the tracing) were helpful in documenting atrial bigeminy and atrial tachycardias, ultimately leading to a new anti-arrhythmia drug and successful (nearly complete) resolution of ectopy! It was so nice to be able to get reassurance that I was not having recurrent afib without having to bother the electrophysiology NP/MD, especially in being able to get the answer with a relatively short lag time. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — SPAM *2026-08-10, version 2.8.93* What a con! I did finally get a response after I wrote this review. I sent several snapshots of the error and finally got another response after around 3 days that my account and data were deleted on the support end. The nurse was impressed with the Qaly results, specifically with the QTc values since the Tikosyn directly impacts that. She asked me “where did you get that? Noticed pattern of non-standard indications during sprinting. Next Dr. appt was a week out just to consider a possible appointment for a stress test. Qaly app and a quick response from Tina to review my ecg gave me peace of mind, and all within an hour on Easter Sunday. Great app, and technicians. I’m all in for the annual subscription. Its so easy to get them to check what the ECG is telling you - and to the reviewer who thought it was just AI, I’ve used both - there is an option to use AI now - but you can always choose a clinician. Clinician comments vary by person but the app also gives a score so you can compare your results and share with your cardiologist. The interface is easy to use and uploading ECGs is easy, and getting instant (AI) or super fast results (clinician usually less than 30 mins) is simply amazing. It’s not a doctor - but it helps you interpret what your ECG is telling you, and in 30 mins?
