Possibly the worst banking app ever. 
UX is clunky, balances make no sense and not accurate to history.
No link to loyalty or to show when the 100k points are transferred. 
Surprising for Qantas to allow such a poor app in comparison to the rest of Qantas apps.

### 2/5 — App does the basics - but customer chat and support is a black hole that gets occasional responses

This app is an improvement on the very dated website that was previously the only way to manage a mortgage.

However the support chat function is a joke. For example I sent a message regarding a payment issue on 23rd December and the first reply from the bank was on 31st Dec. I responded immediately and I’m still waiting for someone to reply. So in the course of 10 days I’ve had a single response from the bank, despite me sending follow-up chats every day since the 23rd.

I’ve just tried ringing to resolve the issue and now been sitting on hold for an hour (I’m currently in the UK and it’s 4am here - just to try and get this issue resolved).
