## What is Qapuk?

QAPUK er en sprogapplikation, der har det enkle formål at hjælpe unge grønlændere til at forbedre deres sproglige evner på dansk. Det vil vi gerne gøre på en måde, der er sjov og vedkommende. Derfor har vi taget udgangspunkt i den grønlandske ungdomskultur, det grønlandske landskab, bylivet og begrebsverden. Målgruppen er derfor de unge, der oplever overgangen fra folkeskolen til gymnasiet som ufremkommelig, fordi de går fra én kultur og ét sprog i folkeskolen til ét nyt undervisningssprog – og en anden skolekultur – når de starter i 1.g.
